Delivery Information

Orders for in-stock items are usually processed the same day however it may take up to 48 hours to be processed. Orders are not processed on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. Petmate will strive to have your order to you according to your chosen shipping method, but issues may arise beyond our control that can delay the actual delivery date

  1. Sent inquiry to us.
    2. Confirm design with us.
    3. Open a new mold with your design(3-4days).
    4. Making sample for you(1-2days).
    5. Confirm samples.
    6. Place the order for mass goods production(20days , actual lead time base on your quantity).

Q1: How many days for sample?
A1: Sample time: 3-7days

Q2: What about the lead time for mass production?
A2: Mass production time: 35~50days (Depends on the Qty) after sample approved.

Q3: Are your samples free or need cost?
A3: Actually it depends on the samples quantity. As usual we offer free samples.

Q4: When can I get the price?
A4: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.

Delivery time

  1. Goods in stock: within 3 days;
    2. Bulk goods: within 10 days;
    3. Full container load: within 25 days.

Shipment

  1. Small order: Express delivery by air, door to door—DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, and EMS.
    2. Bulk order: Sea transportation, to the seaport.

Standard shipping – Most standard shipping may be ship in 1-3 business days and some restrictions apply to specific locations.Any orders placed after 14:00 UTC/GMT +08:00 we will arrange the shipment on the next business day.

SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

Different shipping methods are available based on the products purchased and the delivery location. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

Typically, there is an option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery. Please email [email protected] to our our customer care department  and tell us the order which shipping method, We will calculate the transportation cost after the upgrade and require you to pay the transportation cost in advance.

Accurate on-time delivery is very important to us. For many products, we calculate estimated delivery dates to help you determine when products are expected to arrive. An estimated delivery date is a calculation of several factors including product availability, allocation time in our fulfillment center, shipping method and destination. Please note: estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

When we can accurately calculate estimated delivery dates, we’ll provide them to you during checkout, as well as in your order confirmation email and order history. Due to many factors, estimated delivery dates can also change between the time you place the order and the time you receive an order confirmation.
